In this article Van der Doorn clarifies,  with the appearance of Twitter the pattern via web-based networking media  is growing rapidily. In one of the numerous handbooks that have been expounded on Internet promoting Twitter is clarified as follows: Twitter is best depicted as a small scale blogging administration. The rule of Twitter is telling what  you are as of now doing. This is finished utilizing an instant message that can comprise of up to 140 characters. “The Hound of the Baskervilles” an Example of the Topic Film Essays by

â€Å"The Hound of the Baskervilles† This paper is a survey of the BBC film The Hound of the Baskervilles, (2003), featuring Richard Roxburgh as Sherlock Holmes, Ian Hart as Dr Watson, Richard E. Award as Stapleton. The film is a sensation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyles Sherlock Holmes epic of a similar title, first distributed as a month to month sequential in The Strand Magazine in 1901. The paper proposes to talk about the accompanying components of the film, as illustrated in the future: The storyline, where it will give a fundamental breakdown of what happens in the film enough to tell the peruser whether the person needs to see this film. What makes the film intriguing, what makes it one that an individual can watch on numerous occasions? Need exposition test on The Hound of the Baskervilles theme? We will compose a custom exposition test explicitly for you Continue The performance and jobs played by the fundamental entertainers will likewise be talked about, and will demonstrate how every add to the air made by the film. This will incorporate whether the entertainer has effectively played the character, and furthermore what job the character has had with respect to the entire film. Another component that the paper will see will be the visual symbolism utilized and the impacts picked up by this just as the general impression left by the film. This angle will incorporate whether the period has been precisely depicted. The BBCs The Hound of the Baskervilles is a decent evenings seeing. One of the most celebrated Sherlock Holmes stories, its a spine chiller where Holmes faces the brute of Dartmoor in Yorkshire.Holmes is drawn nearer to make sure about the security of youthful Sir Henry Baskerville, who has acquired the domain of Baskerville Hall on the field after the demise of his uncle Sir Charles Baskerville in to some degree dubious conditions. The legend of the colossal executioner hound which frequents the fields joined with the chilling rush of the immense territory of barren field and marshland, and the way that the more established Sir Baskerville has died under dubious conditions is sufficient to whet Holmess hunger. He acknowledges the case with energetic willingness but is to spend practically 50% of the film not present at all he sends Dr Watson as a protector to Baskerville Hall with Sir Henry, and it is Watson who leads the greater part of the examination in the underlying stages, sen ding with extraordinary commitment nitty gritty and customary reports to Holmes, who he accepts to even now be in Baker Street. What's more, definitely examination should be finished. Is there actually a huge canine out on the field, prepared to murder at any turn? The blood turning sour howls that are heard on the field absolutely propose that something creepy is out there. What privileged insights do the servant and her significant other the steward hold? Is Stapleton extremely only an anthropologist as he states? Is his fairly upsetting sister honest? For what reason does Dr Mortimer not give the full truth, despite the fact that he is the person who has requested that Holmes take the case? What part does the got away from convict need to play in everything? Who is the man hanging out on the field? Every one of these inquiries and more are replied as the plot unfurls to an exciting peak. The film will be enjoyed by the individuals who know Sherlock Holmes and love him, and by tho se that are new to his experiences. On the off chance that you are an admirer of activity, at that point this is for you the film moves rapidly along, punctuated by Holmes and Watsons perceptions. I find that I can watch this film on numerous occasions and each time I get some already in secret detail, which you presently acknowledge has a section to play in the result. The story in itself is in no way, shape or form great Holmes. For a certain something, as effectively expressed, the investigator himself spends half of the film missing and leaves Watson in control (maybe to stretch the story, which is the primary full book length Holmes story?). For something else, Watson is kept in obscurity, and in different stories this isn't the situation - perusers of different Holmes stories regularly use scraps took care of to Watson to attempt to settle the riddle themselves. In any case, its a decent, tension excited film and is well worth viewing. Be that as it may, as occurred with myself, admirers of Holmes may not be too ready to even consider accepting Richard Roxburgh in the part. This isn't an issue the individuals who are not familiar with the super sleuth will have in light of the fact that those of us who are have framed an image in our minds of what Holmes ought to resemble. Consequently, you may state that any on-screen character would make some hard memories being acknowledged in the job. I found Roxburghs intonation to be disturbing and again not how I would have anticipated that Holmes should talk. Or maybe then getting an Australian with a put on emphasize to fill the role, I would have wanted to see someone like Pierce Brosnan in the job. Also, I would have jumped at the chance to see the traditional funnel and deerstalker cap that we partner with Holmes more than I saw proof of the medication propensity, which I accept ought to have been kept separate from the film. In Holmes day, such substances were legitima te and accessible from the corner drugstore these days, they are not, and this sets an awful model and even appears to infer that some of Holmes virtuoso is expected to a limited extent TO the propensity. However, Roxburgh carried the job in a legitimate way and a fairly enormous brow compounds the portrayal that has been applied to Holmes in the past that of a bodiless psyche. Notwithstanding, the film shows that he can likewise take care of business of activity especially where he mauls the taxi driver to get data in regards to the keeps an eye on client. This isn't something I recall in the books and was somewhat shocked to see this side of Holmes showed here. Roxburgh doesn't bring any of the idiosyncrasies or characteristics to the part that we would expect of Holmes. There is no doubt as far as I can say that an all the more persuading, more grounded Holmes would have transformed a decent film into an extraordinary one. I enjoyed Ian Hart as Watson. He filled the role as strong, trustworthy, dependable, and furthermore seriously human an individual to whom we can relate in the organization of the astute Holmes. The piece of Watson is a foil to that of Holmes, and Hart brought this off well. Without such an individual, the watcher could wind up feeling rather moronic, particularly in this specific Holmes story when much is uncovered right at the end. The mankind of Watson is significant and is all around showed in different scenes in this, especially when Watson faces Holmes and teaches him not to keep him out of the loop. There are two works of art of English writing who I think Hart is perfect as one, the ever trustworthy Watson, the other the decidedly solid Dr James Herriot the veterinary specialist. Richard E Grant is superb as Stapleton, despite the fact that there are some who feel that he would have been a superior Holmes than Roxburgh. Stapleton depicts himself as a guiltless, simply an occupant of the fields with nothing more to stow away, in spite of the fact that, likewise with everybody in this film there is a whole other world to him than meets the eye. Watson gets on this mystery very quickly after gathering him and embraces a way of save. This thus is seen by Stapleton who acclaims Watson on his alert. The mystery encompassing the character is added to upon Watsons meeting Stapletons sister, who suggests things and afterward returns to typical discussion within the sight of her sibling. Awards disposition and way of talking assists with adding to this demeanor of riddle, as do secret looks that he throws about him. The creation esteems are magnificent, the outfits striking and the areas genuine looking all the way. The widescreen group is utilized to full impact here. At no other time has the field looked as climatic or threatening in any film adaptation and the opening, which shifts back and forth between shots of declaration at the investigation into Sir Charles demise and his posthumous, is a superb arrangement that establishes the dirty pace for the film. Dough puncher Street, spoke to by Canning Street in Liverpool, is an unprecedented outside that looks great. There is no uncertainty about it; this is the most attractive variant of The Hound ever to be made for TV (Prepolec, 2006). The dog itself is colossal, scary and frightening a blend among animatronics and CGI, and the chilling air around it is improved to incredible impact when it shows up at a sance being led by Dr Mortimers spouse. This is all things considered a delightful, engaging film. Dont miss it on SABC 7 at 8pm on Saturday! He thus failed to complete some of his commissioned works. Lifetime of Caravaggio Caravaggio life was full of various events which significantly shaped the nature of his artistic works. For instance, his parents death when he was aged twelve years old made him live a hot-tempered life. The death of his parents changed his life, and he seemed to live a troubled life. He would later paint controversial painting as the eye saw them without using the idolizing methods. Also, it is rumored that during his early age, he must have taken a trip to Venice. This trip explains his fast way of drawing his artworks. Venetian painters were known to paint using the oil and canvass directly without using early preparations. Caravaggio was also known to paint directly to the canvass hence making his work fast. His troubled lifestyle also contributed the events in Caravaggio's life. Historians have often described Caravaggi o as a mad man who was always armed and ready for an argument. After killing a person in Rome, he escaped to other regions in Italy, i.e., Naples, Malta and Sicily (Giesen, 2014). It was in this area that he met new people and often painted for them. For instance, the painting such as beheading of st john the Baptist was done in Malta for the cathedral in Valletta. Other paintings done while he was on the run include the resurrection of Lazarus, and the adoration of shepherds. Done in Messina. Influences The painting works of Caravaggio have made him one of the most famous painters from Rome. This feat comes with talents and the influences he had in his career. Some of the early influences on Caravaggio includes his apprentice under Simone Peterzone. Peterzone was a pupil in Venice before coming to Milan. His Venice influence also influenced Caravaggio who used to work directly on the canvass without prior preparedness. Also, Caravaggio was influenced by Giuseppe Cesare whom he wor ked under in Rome before working solo. Much of Giuseppes influence included painting fruits on the paintings. Caravaggios paintings ...

From The Previous Paper, The Proposed Diabetes Policy...

From the previous paper, the proposed diabetes policy requires guidelines to be developed which will promote adherence to diabetes management recommendations among diabetes people in the United States. The advocacy campaign focuses on encouraging the American Diabetic Association to create guidelines for endorsing adherence to the diabetes management recommendations and develop legislation that will require the guidelines to be adopted by the health facilities dealing with diabetic patients (WHO, 2016). Hence the law should make all the health care providers, patients, health planner and all other employees adhere to those guidelines to improve the care of diabetes patients. Non-adherence to medication is common in the US and is one of the main challenge public health sector faces. Even though the challenge results in significant wastage of resources in the health sector, there are no regulations in the US that address the issues (Knickman Kovner, 2015). Through estimation, half of the medications of chronic diseases are not taken as required. Non-adherence to medication has also impacted the individual patients negatively. Thus, the effort being taken to reduce the problem of chronic diseases such as HIV/AIDS, diabetes, cancer and heart diseases remains a challenge due to non-adherence to medication. Many resources in the health sector get wasted as their deployment do not to attain the intended result. Although there are laws in the health sector, no legislation that gives the direction on how to deal with non-adherence to the diabetes management recommendations, hence the proposed diabetic policy will not be affected by the current law in the health sector. The diabetic policy will only promote adherence to diabetes management recommendations for people with diabetes and other chronic diseases. Gender Equality in Pakistan - Free Essay Example

Sample details Pages: 5 Words: 1350 Downloads: 9 Date added: 2017/06/26 Category Society Essay Type Analytical essay Tags: Gender Essay Did you like this example? GENDER EQUALITY IN PAKISTAN Women representation in business management has been the focus of public debates for years. But in Pakistan this has only recently started to occur. In todayà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢s world, the work force in most countries gives opportunities for women as much as they give for men. Don’t waste time! Our writers will create an original "Gender Equality in Pakistan" essay for you Create order In European culture gender diversity is taken as a value-driver in organizational strategy and corporate governance. And this has become a challenging topic in the recent times. A higher ratio of female workers with in the firm will result in increased firm value, productivity and profitability. In Pakistan the amount of women involved in the work force is relatively low. This essay will highlight the women representation in business management in Pakistan. Pakistan currently ranks the worldà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢s second-worst country in terms of gender in equality. Womenà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢s struggle for empowerment has been an issue in Pakistan since the old days, which is still not over. We turn the focus on women because they have traditionally been the marginalized gender in countries like Pakistan. Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) in partnership with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) undertook a Country Gender Profile study with a purpose to understand t he overall status of women and men from gender equality perspective. The period in focus is from 1999 to 2007. The aim was to analyze the environmental, socio cultural context, traditions and human behaviors that have an impact on how gender inequality occurs in Pakistan. (Pakistan: Country Gender Profile, July2008, Jica, SDPI,,https://www.jica.go.jp/pakistan/english/office/others/pdf/CGP_01.pdf). From studies carried out in Pakistan education was highlighted as one of the major reasons for the gap between male and female workers. The education system in Pakistan still suffers form problems like low public spending and poverty. The poor conditions of public schools in Pakistan leads to most parents keeping their kids specially the females form going out. Staying at home becomes a lifestyle at some point. A vast majority of the women in rural areas are involved in house hold work and in agricultural activities as unpaid family work. This is because of the less opportunities for th e women in these areas to find work. Also because most females do not have the qualifications required to start working. Which takes us back to the lack of education. Female ownership of an important asset or land is a rare thing in Pakistan. Laws have been made in the past years to allow women to work but the lack of awareness and old customs stop the numbers from growing. In the recent years women involved in the work force have increased in number but their voices are never heard on debates. Another reason for females not coming out to work is lack of support for them by the managers. Maternity leaves are not easily given which makes it hard for women to hold on to their jobs and are forced out. Although according to the law women have to be given 12 months of maternity leave with a 100% wage by their employers. But since most companies do not really provide the required cooperation females prefer to stay home and not work at all. The unemployment rate in Pakistan gets higher by every age group. They are the last ones to get a job and the first ones to loose it. And ità ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢s been like that since the old days. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã…“The figure above shows the primary school gross enrollment rate between Males and Females in Pakistan. Although the numbers change very little between the years the number of females who get enrolled in primary school is really less compared to the number of males. This shows that the gap between education is also high which leads to less females getting the chance to work in the top firmsà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã‚ As per the latest Human Development rankings, 2007/2008, Pakistan, with the HDI ranking of 136 out of a total of 177 countries, comes under the band of MHDC.(Pakistan:CountryGenderProfile,July2008,Jica,SDPI,,https://www.jica.go.jp/pakistan/english/office/others/pdf/CGP_01.pdf). Pakistan is also on the Global gender Gap statistics top 10 worst countries in terms of the equality in the work force. For women, the Isl amic Republic of Pakistan is one of the worst of countries to live in. There are only two other countries worse off than is Pakistan, which are Yemen and Chad. IN terms of under economic participation, Pakistan is ranked 126 out of 128. In statistics collected from Educational attainment Pakistan is ranked, 123 out of 128. Health facilities, 121 out of 128. Political empowerment, 43 out of 128. Surprisingly, Pakistani women are worse off this year than they were last year (https://www.thenews.com.pk/daily_detail.asp? id=107809). These figures can be improved and in the past few years the Pakistani government has taken a few steps to make a change. Five new women centers were established and a program was held to help young females in Pakistan spreading awareness about how they have the opportunity of working in big firms. It training was carried out for elected women councilors with in the local government. All these plans and policies carried out by the Government have been put to work to ensure that status of women is improved in the country. In addition to this National Policy for the Development and Empowerment has been developed in 2002. Which gave the chance for many NGOs to come and work in Pakistan to spread awareness among young and adult females who are keep to work in the top companies but didnà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢t get a chance due to the small things that are holding them back. Norms restricting womenà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢s mobility are closely linked to issues of purdah and à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã…“izzatà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã‚ (honor) (Mumtaz and Salway (2005)). This has also been of the main reasons why women are holding back and prefer to stay home rather than work. Most of the women say that streets are not safe enough for them to be active out side their homes in a survey done in Pakistan. Improvements can be made to reduce criminal activity and violence with in the city in order to encourage more women to go and work. Companies can make their firms more invit ing and make the work place female friendly so that women will get more interested in joining the firms. A good start can be by offering them senior positions as much as men are offered. Making the working hours flexible by allowing work to be done at home can be a good change too. Last but not least making the maternity leave easy for female workers. This has been a big problem in Pakistan but it can be easily improved by introducing a more flexible procedure to be followed for when they need the maternity leave. By providing them with more options. The government of Pakistan is continuously trying to balance the low academic standards by encouraging primary education and educating the young population on the available opportunities. However, the old customs followed in the country is what stops the process from improving. This situation can be made better by introducing new laws, which enforce both genders to finish school up to some extent. The country as a whole has to try an d improve their rankings on the gender equality charts. REFERENCES D. S. Langdon, T. M. McMenamin and T. J. Effects Of Alcohol Awareness Programs On College Students

Effects of Alcohol Awareness Programs on College Students Valerie Love Grand Canyon University: PSY-550 October 2, 2015 Abstract In this paper, the effects of alcohol awareness programs on college students will be discussed. The discussion and study will be based on the before and after effects of alcohol awareness programs on college students. The study presents a CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), or an Alcohol 101 Psych-Education CD-ROM to a randomly assigned group of 113 college students with prior history of alcohol consumption. In comparison to the college students who receives CBT, the post-prevention program Alcohol 101 have a greater likelihood of being cautious while in a dangerous environment involving alcohol, as well as greater alcohol awareness in understanding the consequences involved in engaging in that behavior. However, when comparing the two prevention programs a month before and after treatment, they both showed significant reduction of equal reduction regarding the number of alcoholic drinks consumed by students per drinking occasion. As compared with the Alcohol 101 program, the CBT prov ed to have a greater reduction in total number of days consuming alcohol, and the number of drinks consumed. The results of the study will show the implications of these results (Donohue, Allen, Maurer, Ozols, DeStefano, 2004). Global Marketing Strategies Luxury Goods

Question: Discuss about the Global Marketing Strategies for Luxury Goods. Answer: Introduction: The report is about preparing the marketing plan for Haighs chocolate that is based in Adelaide, South Australia. Organization intends to expand the awareness of the brand interstate and around the world. It is required to develop new marketing opportunities for the product and accordingly designing the marketing plan. SWOT analysis of the brand has been performed and thereafter-marketing mix would be designed for launching the new product or packaging the existing product range with different innovation. The potential problems that might arise with launching of the product would also be analyzed. The marketing strategy to be developed would be creative, fun marketing and practical. Haighs Chocolate is the oldest family owned chocolate maker in Australia. Organization is committed to art of making premium chocolate making from the cocoa bean. It mainly targets young couples and people who are purchasing chocolates for gifting and consumption purpose. It has strong brand legacy as it is successfully operating since 1912 (haighschocolate.com.au 2017). Haighs chocolate sells wide variety of chocolates in attractive packages such as dark chocolates, milk chocolates and liquor chocolates. Consumers personally received assistance from the organization in selecting gifts for different occasions (Aichner 2014). Chocolate is manufactured using artisans skills that are combined with specialized techniques that helps in creating award-winning chocolates. It produces wide variety of chocolates and super brand chocolates, candies, confectionary products, cocoa powder. Some of the direct competitor of the Haighs chocolate are Harrods, Godiva chocolatier, Charbonel et Walker a nd La Maison Du Chocolat. Indirect competitors include Jelly Belly, Selamique and hattie. Haighs chocolate is intending to create awareness about the brand so that it is recognized worldwide. This is done by packaging its current range of products in different packages for different occasions such as Valentines Day and on World Food day. The objective of the marketing plan is to create and build awareness of wide range of products of Haighs Chocolate interstate and worldwide. Marketing plan would place such strategy that would help the brand in increasing its recognition. Developed marketing plan will help the confectionary company is achieving its vision. The innovation platform of the company would be seasonality, functionality and health. Haighs chocolate can enhance its seasonal sales by taking advantage of cultural nuances (Babin and Zikmund 2015). Organization has three differentiating factors and they are as follows It has shifted from cottage industry to sophisticated manufacturing retailer. Haighs longevity as growing family owned and successful business. Company has created itself as luxury brand with high quality products commanding premium price (Stringer 2015). SWOT analysis Strength- Strong brand is associated with the strength of the company.as it has been in operation for more than hundred years. Haighs produces wide range of products and chocolates of high quality that are available in luxurious packages (Bilgic et al. 2015). It enjoys a good brand positioning and quality and emphasis is given on sales promotion. There is a wide range of products such as dark chocolate, milk chocolates and liquor. Manufacturing of the chocolates is open to visit by public at their factory. Weakness- Haighs chocolates is not able to expand their business in various other attempts that would lead to lower market share. It is responsible for inability to build the certification from the fair trade foundation (Corley 2014). Products are not of export quality and packaging of the products is not attractive and follows a single flavor. Compare to other brands in Australia, Haighs chocolate does not have products mix and lacks varieties other than milk drinks and wafers. During festival occasion, brand is incapable of producing designer and innovative chocolates. Opportunity- It can increase the product ranges such as jellies, toffees, gums, lollipop, and unsweetened baked chocolates. In terms of gift offers, there is a high level of opportunity with respect to development and growth. There is an opportunity for the brand to excel via e commerce that is providing customers with online selling and delivering options (Chernev 2015). Opportunity is available in its home country as well as global upfront. Threat- Highs chocolates faces strong level of competition with various competitors and chocolate companies in Australia. One of the major threat is to manage and maintain higher quality of perishable goods. Image and reputation of brand is being damaged due to chocolate whitening and lack of storage. Some of the strong competitions arises from chocolate companies such as May Field Chocolates and Cadbury Nestle. From the discussion of the SWOT analysis of Haighs chocolate, it can de deduced that the brand suffers from weakness in areas mainly related with packaging of the products and lack of producing innovative and designs chocolates (Saunders 2015). Therefore, the marketing plan will have strategies that would innovate the products packaging. Developing product strategy using marketing theories The action plan while developing marketing strategy would also incorporate packaging guideline of Australia that is based on number of principles. This is regard to packaging of the product. Another strong driver for the growth of the company is making innovation in the existing products. While deciding on the product strategy, one of the marketing theories that the organization can rely upon is Product market expansion grid. This Grid was generally specified by Ansoff matrix. The expansion grid is used for product planning by company when they are looking for expanding the products range by entering in the new markets. Haigh can develop various strategies by comparing with the product market. Expansion grid consist of four strategies. They are strategy for market penetration and product development, diversification and market development strategy (Rundh and Rundh 2016). In this case, Haigh should rely on product diversification and strategy of product development. Product development is used for introducing new product in the existing market. Haigh can also make use of diversification strategy when introducing new products in new market of Australia as well as in the global upfront. The new product will come with some of the innovation such as introducing chocolates with dry fruits flavor and will be made of finest ingredients (Valentino and Caroli 2014). It will be available free of coloring and without any added preservatives. New developed chocolates targeting newer global front will have sumptuous fillings such as caramel, wafers, biscuits and praline. Such chocolates will have balance between milk and dry fruits pieces and would have a desirable blend of milk chocolate with hint of ground peanut pieces, peanut cream cater and softest caramel (Ried 2013). Marketing of products can be done on World Food Day and players are positioning this type of premium chocolates as gifting options. Another innovation is to be made in the current packaging of the products, as it is not attractive. Packaging of the products can be changed during the season of Valentines Day. It can be said that deliciousness of chocolates can be exuded through packaging. Packaging designs of chocolates should be inspiring enough for Valentine day. This will lure customers to buy chocolates for gifting to their partners and loved ones. Haighs provides its customer with chocolates in regular packages, which is not attractive as it should be to young generation. Offering the products of chocolates in different flavors and colors will attract the customers and helps in increasing sales. The packaging strategy would involve colorful packaging, as it will be creative to appeal to the target audience. Haigh can joint with some companies incorporating the season into product packaging. Packaging of the products can be done in optimized way that is done in terms with the fabrics (Ramli 2016). Seasonal pac kaging would have the variations with the change. It ca follow sustainable packaging guidelines. Packaging of chocolates should be creative enough and each chocolate should present special features of different places in Australia from where the ingredients has been derived. Haighs chocolate can also go for biodegradable packaging as it helps them in tackling with the waste problems. It would also represents an eco-movement by the company Such type of packaging would be planted after use by giving package new life after use and leaving no waste. Company can also wrap the chocolate bars in paper that is made from husk of Cocoa husk waste. Chocolates packaging for valentine day should go beyond the heart shaped box. Chocolates should themselves incorporate personalized and card like elements (Ried 2013). Future expansion of Haighs chocolate is done by keeping a close eyes on chocolate market of USA and Europe. The local development of the product is driven by overseas trends. Culture of Haighs chocolate is continuously innovate and experiments with different flavors (Westwood 2016). Marketing mix Product- The new developed product will be product by adding different flavors, which would appeal to the target audience. Since the chocolates manufactured by company has only single flavor, producing the product by adding different flavor would be the best strategy. Chocolate manufacturer would also design promotion and store successfully. This will help in producing the basis for international chocolate brand for the various chocolates of Haighs brand. Another feature that will be added to the new developed product will be chocolates with lower fat content. This will be done by adding the application of an electric field charge in the direction of flow of liquid chocolate. This would help in lowering the viscosity of liquid and would enable the manufacturers to reduce the minimum amount of fat that is required in maintaining flow in pipeline. Company would be meticulous about quality standards of nuts, fruits and cocoa beans that is used in manufacturing of chocolates (Pride and F errell 2016). The new product will have new ingredients such as dry fruits and would have sumptuous fillings. Product will also have the balance of blended milk and dry fruits. Introducing new product with low chocolate will be an attracting factor. This is so because people are increasingly becoming health conscious. They are getting more inclined to buying the chocolates that provide health benefits. Global chocolate market has been facing the challenge of increasing incidence of obesity among consumers. 26% of the total world population in the year 2014 were overweight (Peck et al. 2013). Product has been designed taking health aspect into consideration. This would provide the customers with added advantage and would appeal the target audience. Price- Pricing of the products is decided based on its nomenclature. Another factor is the mechanism of demand and supply that determines the pricing of the products. Apart from it, since the chocolates are of premium quality. There is premium pricing of the product and when the products will be exported at global level. Price of products, which are exported, would include taxation charge as well (Park et al. 2015). Place- Operation of products of Haigh is done under the vertical integrated model of supply chain. There are some of places in Australia where the people are not aware of the product as no advertising is performed. Stores are mainly dominant in South Australia. Places where the company does not have stores, and such areas are fit for promotion of new products. Promotion should be done in a manner that helps in maximizing the capacity of products in all areas (Mosca 2016). Promotion- There would be an ongoing and continuous communications with the customers regarding products. Target audience are mainly communicated about sustainability and packaging with the help of various means of promotion. It makes use of various social media such as social media, advertisements and magazines. Haighs chocolates would connect its customers with innovation and ideas of the new products with the help of print media. Initiatives are successfully promoted by way of designs of packaging. Distribution process of chocolates or any products will be in possible mode if promotion of products is done through whole sell offering and retail stores (Palmatier et al. 2016). Display of stores needs to be strategically designed that will appeal to customers arriving at stores and thereby increasing sales. Identification of potential problems in launching products- When launching new products, it is certainly possible for the company to encounter with several problems and they are listed down below: Some of the issue would be regarding the ingredient used in manufacturing of the chocolates. Sugar content of chocolates has been subject to negative headlines in the mainstream of media and it is labelled as new tobacco. Higher content of sugar is supposed to have harmful effect on the body. Therefore, Haighs chocolate needs to reformulate their products is such way that it helps in improving their nutritional credentials. Recipes of manufacturing chocolates should be done in a way to limit calorie content and reduction of saturated fats. Therefore, the main challenge would be optimum use of nutrients and problems would they face in maintaining lower sugar levels in chocolates. Reduction is sugar is considered quite challenging as it has an impact upon the taste and texture of chocolate (Johansson et al. 2016). The larger modification of recipes of chocolates would lead to backlash of consumers. Food processing sector is the main driver of expansion of the products in new international markets. It is quite possible that such markets will not have processing sector suitable to the manufacturing units of organization. There can be other problems related to distribution, price, marketing efforts resistance by market staffs in product expansion in newer geographical markets (Khler and Logemann 2016). Recommendation: The company has huge market that is untapped for the products and such market needs to be targeted through support of online media based sales and operational levels. Products of company are appreciated through for a variety of sales and tastes throughout the years, as the brand is synonymous with taste and quality of handmade chocolate. It is necessary for company to focus on increasing its market share by widening its network of distribution and look for new market in and outside Australia. Haigh should introduce range of chocolate and the pricing of the product like the packages for gift will help in beating the competition of giants like Cadbury. Diversification of portfolio of products of company should be done by specializing in other relevant raw materials like coffee. Company will expand into geographies where the customers demand high quality of chocolates. There is a need to improve the infrastructure mainly in relation to storage of perishable products. Haigh would be able to make its customers pay premium price for buying its quality products by showing environmental concerns and by taking steps towards business sustainability. Conclusion: It can be concluded from above discussion that the business of confectionary is getting highly competitive with the entry of large number of firms in the market. There are huge manufacturers that have been dominating markets of chocolate in Australia such as Mayfield Chocolates, Cadbury nestle, Godiva Chocolatier and Haighs chocolate. It is necessary for company like Haighs chocolate to make investment in applying promotional techniques and of sales promotion, this will help them in increasing the market share of chocolate industry. Making use of online social media will help them in providing delivery in global markets. Due to less barrier in the industry and focusing on just single market would lead to significant reduction in the market share of such industry. It will help in increasing the quantum of competition in the industry and will make the company realize their competitive advantage. Therefore, in order to provide growth to the business of Haighs chocolate. Reference: Aichner, T., 2014. Essay On Client Threaten His Lawyer If He Lose The Case Example For Students

Essay On Client Threaten His Lawyer If He Lose The Case THE CLIENT by John Grisham is an action, suspense novel about boy who learned to much from a Mafia lawyer. Mark is an eleven year old boy who is growing up in a trailer home with his mom Diane, and his nine year old brother Ricky. The incident all began when Ricky stumbled over a pack of cigarettes Mark was hiding under his bed, immediately Ricky was curios about smoking and wanted to give it try. So he blackmailed Mark to teach him how. Mark was reluctant but agreed and they set out for the woods where Mark had spent most of his time. This time was different though for some reason a car pulled in the dense woods a place where Mark had never seen another soul except for high school kids who came to smoke dope. The car was a big black Lincoln Town car and it immediately caught Marks attention. Even more disturbing was when a heavy set man came out of the car and set a water hose in his exhaust pipe, Mark knew at that point the mans purpose was suicide. Mark took it upon himself not to let this man kill himself because he felt it was his obligation. After Mark freed the hose from the cars exhaust pipe several times he was caught by the man and dragged into the car to die with him. In the car Mark learned the mans story. He was a Mafia layer who represented the biggest and meanest Mafia man in the country Barry the Blade Mulando. His client had killed a senator and buried the body so no evidence would be found, only this lawyer and his client and now Mark knew where it was buried. After a long while of being trapped i n the man car Mark escaped and ran from the man who ends up shooting him self in the head when both Ricky and Mark where watching. Days later back in New Orleans Barry hears of the kid and about his dead lawyer and concludes that the kid must know the location of the body, and then decides that for safe being the kid should be killed, and if was not for Marks lawyer this might have been the case. But the two of them were very persistent and had a strong will to do what they thought was right and to survive. In The Client Mark represents many kids who have tough lives and problems. Obviously Marks case is an extreme but on the same line its not very different. Even though Mark struggles greatly he never gives up he was persistent. This is what it takes for many young kids growing up with bad surroundings and no shelter, and this is a strong point in the book. Grisham does a great job of illustrating an important point. This was one of the most well written books I have ever read. I feel it deserves tremendous credit. There was never a dull sentence our a part that dragged on. It was one of those books that you cant put down. It was all ended with a superb ending that no one could have possibly guessed. Grisham did a superb job of developing the characters and tying them together just as he did with the plot, and because of his tremendous writing skills it made for an all around astounding book!
